As you can see from the archives, I've been here since 2007, and this is the first time I'm attempting to write 'about me'.
It is ironic because this whole blog is about my life (and a lot of contests which I absolutely love to win!) and still I find it hard to write about myself. I am someone who asks a lot of questions. One reason is that I'm always looking for something interesting, something amusing, something spicy, and/or worthy of a gossip. The other reason is that I try to avoid questions about me. Why? - because I like to remain mysterious like a true-blue Scorpion.
I love to write poems that rhyme, been doing that since 1995, September something, 12:50 p.m. I know that because it is in my diary. I have movie tickets from my first movie date with the Boy in 2005. I have tickets from my first movie with him after the wedding in 2008. I have a few chats saved. I have the chocolate wrapper he gave me when he first met me in 2004. Oh by the way, you will find him everywhere in this blog - indispensable, adorable, always ready to kiss, never ready to grow up - the Boy!
I love to plan. It gives me control over my life. I love to control others also. So if you find me with a ruler in my hand, don't be alarmed. I am just trying my hand at dominating, with a lot of love ofcourse!
Like all fans of the famous sitcom FRIENDS, I compare myself with one of its characters and it is Monica. I make lists of everything, I'm high-maintenance, I'm passionate, and I can drive you crazy! I have seen each episode atleast 10-15 times and can go on watching it and repeating lines with it till the day I die.
I forget the books that I read. I feel horrible, horrible about it. Could it be more tragic?
I can be very silly at times with my extremely small, U.K. size 5 foot in my mouth, which, by the way, has very crooked teeth. If you met me when I was 12, and if you meet me now when I am 32, you will instantly recognize me because of the tiny pearls that appear from no where in my mouth. The Boy absolutely loves me teeth and so, I am glad I never wore braces. He says it makes me look cute. I agree.
Oh, and yes, I am a narcissist who looks into the mirror and goes 'Wow'. It is part of my over-the-top optimistic outlook in life because of which you'll never find me without a smile and my TEETH THAT SPARKLE.

Your sweetness makes my day. Gentle criticism will be taken in the right spirit too :)
